Being a chiropractic student, waitress, future business owner and person at the same time is exhausting. But also rewarding.

I am a current chiropractic student at Palmer College of Chiropractic here is sunny, Port Orange, Florida. I am three years in and it has been SUCH a rewarding expereince. It has been humbling, troubling, exciting, complicated, but most of all FUN. I have loved every minute (even the miserable ones) as I find my passion for this profession.

I am here to inspire and encourage you. Live YOUR life. Follow YOUR dreams. Become active for your health and your happiness.

• I hope to create meaningful content for each and every one of you. I hope you find some useful information. I hope you ask yourselves questions about your own health. I hope you find inspiration to talk to others about this information and their health.
• I will create a facts page to educate about neuromusculoskeletal issues. I hope you find it useful and find ways to use the information. Maybe for yourself, maybe for those around you.

Working at Coastal Grill and Raw Bar as a waitress takes much of my time. Much more of my time is spent loving on Thunder, our husky who has more to say about by life choices than most of my friends! I enjoy every minute and have managed to make so many amazing friends that have helped me love this area. Jason has been working too and has made friends. Soooo we decided and to continue to live here after graduation!

I get to open up my practice, Impulse Chiropractic and Rehab, in Deltona, FL and begin to help patients reach their goals. I plan to help them be active and feel amazing while doing it. I want to be their advocate for their job, their workouts, their hobbies and more!
